Challenge / Problem:
New configurations of the OfflineMAR application had some issues syncing the inmate photos. The administrators would need to manually set a configured sync date back to 2012 to get the inmate photos to sync to the tablet.

Solution:
Updated the sync process to properly update the photo sync date with each sync of the MAR.
